Empowering Artist Collective
The Harlan Circle's E.A.C. or Empowering Artist Collective was created by CJ Harlan in an effort to gather together national artists who share a common vision. A vision to build an empowering collective that focuses on helping others achieve greater self awareness and success through ART.
Through the collective efforts of the EAC, more people seeking guidance and support will be able to obtain and afford the coaching and art therapy they need to face and overcome their fears, insecurities and obstacles, empowering them to set and achieve their goals for success in their life, love and work.
The EAC is determined to make living past loss and pain a reality for anyone who is committed to making positive change happen in their life.

How Does The E.A.C. and ART Create Change?
Change is created through the promotion of the Empowering Artist Collective and The Harlan Circle's "Art That Makes A Difference" Program, both drawing attention to any HC Artist and their artwork.
Artwork sales and art instruction, of any EAC Member who has joined The Harlan Circle (HC) and Harlan Circle Gifts (HCG), contribute 10% to the GGP
(5% from the Artist and a matching 5% from HC).
10% is also generated through ticket sales for HC events and retreats, EAC sales and instruction at HC Events, HC guidance services, "Art Within You" Classes, CJ's sales from CJ Harlan Designs, Bookings for CJ as an Empowerment Speaker, Sponsorship, and future CJ Harlan Book Sales.
This 10% is reserved and gifted as needed, from the Guidance Gift Program, to any Harlan member in need of HC Services. The collective efforts of CJ Harlan, EAC and The Harlan Circle, make guidance and support both possible and affordable.
The Artists who become Harlan Members and choose to join the EAC are invited to increase their visibility and professional presence online and offline when they consign and sell their artwork through HC's...Harlan Circle Gifts. Artists can also be invited by CJ to teach their art form to Harlan Members at Harlan Circle Events and Retreats; or as a part of her "Art Within You", therapy classes.
The members of the EAC agree to spread the word about the collective's purpose and about the Harlan vision. When the artists join together to promote their work and the art work of other EAC members, their efforts support HC's new Guidance Gift Program (GGP). The GGP is a program set up by CJ Harlan to help any approved Harlan Member get the assistance they need to pay for a portion of their HC services, in the form of a gift from HC.
